A:Security is our #1 priority. Our self storage units are constantly patrolled by our managers and monitored by video security cameras. All tenants at must present a valid picture identification card in order to rent a storage unit and access the facility. You can also purchase property insurance at our facility. In our 27 year history of renting self storage space, we have never had a break-in.

A:Every day we clean the hallways, storage units, the office and bathrooms. Our regional manager visits the facility every week to confirm that the facility is spotless. Cleanliness is our promise to our customers!
